St Louis Property Management offers accommodation to rent in the York area including bedsits, studios, flats and houses for employed individuals, couples or families with rents to suit most circumstances and student houses.

Viewings can be arranged to suit the prospective tenants, daytime evenings or weekends.  We can offer free transport for up to six parties.

For working tenants our charges are £60 plus VAT for the first applicant and £24 plus VAT for each additional adult applicant on the same agreement.
